Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main The Secchi Disk Foundation continued to expand the achievements of the charity global reach of the Secchi Disk study this year including during the year carrying out important updates to the online interface. Particular focus was on expansion into high latitudes with increasing engagement of the public on tourist Expedition Cruises. New versions of the Secchi mobile application were launched on the Google Play and iOS app stores. As a result of its activities, the Foundation continues to engage the public through citizen science to provide a greater understanding of the marine ecosystem for the public good.
