TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE BY MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITIES REGISTERED WITH THE CHARITY COMMISSION FROM FUNDS RAISED AT PUBLIC PERFORMANCES OF CHORAL MUSIC.
