**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL ENHANCEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE AVENUES AND PEARSON PARK AREA IN HULL (NOW A CONSERVATION AREA) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BY THE ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A FOUNTAIN IN VICTORIA AVENUE, AS PART OF THE GROUP OF FOUNTAINS THAT WERE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE CHARACTER OF THE ORIGINAL AREA.

**Activities:** Project managing preparations for delivery of the fountain. Arranging delivery and installation of the fountain. Organising a 'Switch On' Celebration on the first day of the water being switched on. Arranging insurance and putting arrangements in place for regular maintenance of the fountain. Organising fund raising events as and when necessary to raise funds for maintenance.
