We operate with<br>good ratios of staff to children. All staff<br>focus on individual child development<br>within the EYFS framework.<br>We offer a safe, fun and stimulating<br>environment in which children learn<br>through play. We ensure all children have<br>the opportunity to develop off of their<br>learning goals.<br>Since the start in 2021 we have contnued to<br>support the village with pre school places and<br>have good communicaton and interacton with<br>the local schools.<br>Gracie Grooves sessions started in September,<br>which teaches the children yoga, musical<br>movement, singing and drama skills.  The<br>children are really enjoying these sessions. We<br>have also introduced Mini athletcs which helps<br>promote physical skills and teamwork.<br>We contnue to develop our outside area to<br>enlarge and enhance the children’s play area<br>and added in new play equipment.<br>The sof play area and sensory area has<br>benefted all children but especially those<br>children with SEND.<br>We welcomed 2 new staf .|

Responsibilities and
basls of report
As the charity's trustees, you are ￿SponSIble for th8 préparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of th8 Chanties Act 2011
I the AGt"I.
I report in ￿SpeCt of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515){b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my 8xamination. I confirm that no material matters have
examlner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe Ihat in, any matèrial respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirem8nts
Concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
