PINCHES T REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 The Trustees present their report with the fmancial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025. The trnstees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Stsiement ol Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Finan¢Éal Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102). STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT Governing document The charity is controlled by its governing document and is registered as a charitable incorporated organisation. The organisalion was fornied on 2 1st September 2016. Organisational Structure The Board of Trustees is made up of the Trustees named on page 2 who meet regularly along with the Trnsl Secretary to decide the stral¢gic direction and policies of the charity. The day-to-day responsibility for organising the charitable events and activities are carried out by the TNst Secretary. Recruitment of Trustees Trnslees are appointed lo the board by majority vote. Where a vacancy arises Candidates are selected based upon the skills that they possess in order lo meet the needs of the organisation. Risk Management The Trn.stees regularly monitor the level of charitable reserves and funding. along with other key areas such as staff and volunteers, levels 10 ensure they provide sU1¢ient resources io meet the charity'5 current and longer terni objectives. The TNstees consider that they have adequate systems and procedures in place lo continue operating in the event of adverse ondilions. The Trustees have a duty to review the risks to which the charity is exwsed and io ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error. The trustees adopt a risk adN'erse approach in all areas. CHARITABLE 0EcTIVEs AND ACTIVITIES The objects of the CIO are as follows:. (i) The relief of poverty, sickness and distress of people living in the UK. {ii} Provision of facilities and activilies in the interests of health, welfare, development or recreation of individuals who would benefit from 5u¢h facilities and activities with the object of improving their quality of life. (iii) To act as a resource for communiiies. by provision of a retreat and activity programmes which promote physical, mental and spiritual development. During the year tbe charity ¢olliinued to develop the infrastructure, LM)th physical and operational, in order to further achieve its objects. FINANCIAL REVIEW The charity is fmanced by donations from the public and businesses. During the year both monetary donations and donations in the fomi of property and goodslservices were received by the Charity. Summary of the year Durtng the period the Charity Made a surplus of £130,274 for the period (2024 sUlUS £35,724). Investment Poivers The Board of Trustees is authorised to make and hold investments using the general funds of the charity. but no such investments are presenily held. Future Developments Moving forwards the Chaity aims to develop its services further and assist more members of the local community. Page 4

This provides funds to cover management and athninistration and support costs. The Trustees are delighted to have achieved this goal witbin this fmancial year and will continue to work io ensure the sustainability of the organisation. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity trustees of the Ttust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Chariiies Aci 2011 ('the Act,). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
