- Promote the rehabilitation of offenders and ex-offenders; - Prevent or relieve poverty or financial hardship among offenders and ex-offenders, in particular but not exclusively by, the provision of equipment and training in the arts; and - The provision of a mentoring programme, with the aim of helping offenders and ex-offenders to realise their creative talent.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Promote The Rehabilitation Of Offenders And Ex-Offenders And To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty Or Financial Hardship Among Offenders And Ex-Offenders, In Particular But Not Exclusively By, The Provision Of Equipment And Training In Art, And The Provision Of A Mentoring Programme, With The Aim Of Helping Offenders And Ex-Offenders To Realise Their Creative Talent And Acquire Creative Skills Which Will Assist Them With Re-Integrating Into The Community, Developing A Responsible Work Ethic, And Provide Them With Links To Employment Opportunities.
