- 1- To further or benefit the Afghanistani community in Nottinghamshire by associating together the said community, other local residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organizations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for education, culture, recreation and other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the residents and helping them get integrated into their community and British Society, including the establishment of a community centre.
