**Objects:** (A) TO PROMOTE FACILITATE UNDERTAKE AND ASSIST IN THE CONSERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE ROUNDHOUSE BIRMINGHAM BUILDING AND GROUNDS ("ROUNDHOUSE BIRMINGHAM") FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT; (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF THE ROUNDHOUSE BIRMINGHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA; AND(C) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCIDENTAL TO THE ABOVE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.

**Activities:** The aims of the charity are:- to promote, facilitate, undertaken and assist in the conservation and enhancement of the Roundhouse Birmingham building and grounds for public benefit and enjoyment;- to advance the education of the public in the history of Roundhouse Birmingham and the surrounding area; and- to further such other exclusively charitable purposes incidental to the above objects
