during the year was the completion
of the 2022
Passion Play performances
over the Easter weekend. As a free event,
we can't be sure ofthe audience size, however we estimate that more
than 5,000 individuals
came to witness
our portrayal
ofthe Easter story| |||||over the course ofthe weekend.| |||||-The production
costs were largely
in line with our budget, despite some| |||||unexpected
late expenses.
Donations
collected were higher than| |||||expected considering
the slightly
smaller post-Covid audiences.
-A grant ofF10,000was secured toward the next performance
in 2026,| |||||due to be received
in late 2025.| |||||-Forthe first time we were able to accept contactless
donations as part
of the performances,
which amounted
to almost f700.We will continue to| |||||invest
in this form ofdonation
for future events.| |||||- Despite being busy with the rehearsals,
we were able to run our annual
Burns Night fundraiser,

A gift aid claim in relation to eligible donations

our digital network
