**Activities:** Stainton Village Hall CIO was created to replace an ageing  village hall with a new community services hub for the inhabitants of Stainton, near Penrith, for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances, as well as for the public generally.
