As we come to the end of another successful year for Torrington Men's Shed it's time to look back at our achievements during the year. We are fortunate to have members with wood working skills and other with a lot of enthusiasm combining these together adding happy team work we were able to complete several projects for other volunteer groups in Torrington these include a show case for the towns silver band, signage for the railway presentation group, restoring benches for the town council while also finding time to under take smaller projects foe local residents or our members.
Another project was to expand the gardening with the purchase of a Polly tunnel which enabled the gardeners among us to grow a wide range of vegetables which we all enjoyed.
Looking to the year ahead we intend to continue in the same vein and to welcome new members we also need to raise funds to repair the shed roof that and to upgrade some of our equipment to enable a larger scope of projects to be under taken.
