**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE LIVING IN HAVERHILL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE RELIEF OF THOSE LIVING IN POVERTY OR IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, ILL-HEALTH OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.

**Activities:** REACH assists clients in financial crisis, focusing on solutions for debt and hardship through a relational handholding approach. Food parcels deliver immediate crisis relief. Long-term interventions include debt advice, benefits assistance, housing aid, essential items. Our prevention work involves post intervention 1-2-1 wellbeing guidance, money management classes in schools, advocacy & policy.
