## **(1) THE OVERALL POSITION** 

- **(a) Income for the Year** 

**Total Income increased from £64269   to £66888, a increase of £2,619 or just under 4%. The increase being due to a slight rise in rental income.** 

- **(b) Expenditure for the Year** 

**Total spending for the Year increased from £48,830 to  to £88305, an increase of £39,475 or 81%. This increase included 32,552 for toilet refurbishment IT Developments. The figure also included dona�ons of £7,396 to organisa�ons including Colyton Primary school, Colyton Grammar school, Colyton Link, Colyten Run and the Colyton Xmas lights as well as dona�ons to individuals**
