**Activities:** Busen Martial Arts & Sports Trust is working with London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to build a martial arts and fitness centre to open in September 2022.  The new centre located in Stanley Road, Twickenham, will comprise 2 dojo areas and a fitness suite. Core activities will be martial arts and other fitness activities. It will be managed by the charity with a projected turnover of £250,000.
