MARCH 31. 2025
Cash In Bank-The Church Ministry is bankingwith HSBC PIC in Hounslow High Street,
Middlesex. TW3 1 QP. In July 2019, we opened a savings account with the same bank for
future plan to buy church buildingwhere we can hold Sunday seNices and ministry
gatherings.
Cash in bank current account b81ance at end of accounting period is thirteen
thousand, nine hundred one pound8 and eighty-seven pence.
Cash in bank savings account balance at end of accounting period isfourteen
thousand. seven hundred eighteen pounds and seventy-seven pence.
There is a total amount of one thousand, six hundred ten pounds and ninety-six pence
in the current account statement dated 0310412025 which is the collection on this
accounting period but deposited on the next accounting period. This will be reflected on
the nextyear's accounting period as"collection during the year" Also, there is a one
hundred and fifteen pounds on the statement of account dated 1410612024 which is the
collection from the previous accounting period and included on this accounting period
under"collection duringthe year"
Church Equlpment-The Church Ministry has two laptop computers. music
equipments and gadgetslaccessories including audio-visuals. communion utensils as
part of kitchen utensils acquired since the ministry started operating. All equipment is
utilised for Sunday services and other charitable activities. All electricalequipments
maintsined on standard safety.
Depreciation is 30% on all equipment per annum on thls 8ccounting as some
equipment are more than fNe years old 8nd still are useable.
Unrestrlcted Funds-source offund are voluntary donations in the form of tithe,
offering. love gifts and other donations not specified by church members and attendees
less all expenses incurred since church mlnistry started in 2016.
Expenses- The hall rent is the highest expense the Charity incur eachyearfor Sunday
Services. The Charity has contractwith ROWE Community Centre in Isleworth,

Duffryn Community Centre in Newport Wales from Janu8ry2024 until 2" of March 2025.
Love GFft-As an act of honorary gratitude to the minister for consistently preaching on
Sunday Setvices a smau amount of monetary love gift was given to the church Pastor as
per previous memorandum agreed by trustees (without the presence of the Pastor and
family members.
Annlverdary• Chrl3tma3 Celebratlon, Sports Day and Youth Evenlng Expenses
Includlngtrncts and leaflotS- These comprise of venue hire in Feltham Assembly Hall
and food catering for church annlversary, Invltes and décor for Chri8tm8s celebration,
hall rent, food and invites for Sport'8 Day and Youth Evening. The ministry also had
Gospel Tracts prlnted for street evangelism for givlng of tracts.
Bank charg6s- HSBC has been charging fees for every usage of cheque either
depositlpaying in cash and paying out since 2021.
