**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CATS AND KITTENS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE A SANCTUARY FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF ABANDONED AND UNWANTED CATS AND KITTENS AND REHOMING SUCH ANIMALS.

**Activities:** The primary object I to relieve the suffering of cats and provide them with a safe and secure environment. To take in as many injured and old cats as we can properly care for, to restore them to health and where possible find them good homes or provide sanctuary for life.
