RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES
Wages of £36.401 (2022- £33,657) were paid to the spouse of one of the truste¢%
R¢nt for the use of an office of £4S(KI (2022- £4.500) paid ty one of the trustees.

In 2023 the twstees undertook an exercise to review the level of indElrteth￿s of The Battle of Britsin Limited to the
charity. The Honorary Treasurer reviewed the level of recharges made frotn the charity ts The Battle of Britain Lllnited. it
was ¢oncluded that historic recharges for salaries were too hith and the interwnp8my loan has been reduced by £114,325.
This only afftcted the single eniity a¢¢ounts and it has no ]rnp￿t on the ￿lL￿DIEd￿trd figures. Leg￿ advE¢¢ is being
sought As to how kn deal with the remaining balance and ¢haJEes going fornard, thi5 will b¢ r¢solved in 2024.
