terms of fundraising and managing its
internal operating costs, with the total net
income for the year being more than five and
a half times its original budget.
The charity managed to successfully
complete another five water boreholes,
including its first piped water supply with
solar electric pump and tapping system.
This has been a significant step forward for
the charity as it allows us to get more water
to more people more quickly. It also offers
the potential to extend the system to a wider
catchment area in the future at a
