The trustees are<br>aware of the Charity Commission’s guidance on<br>public benefit and take it into account when<br>making decisions that may affect the<br>accessibility of its ac/vi/es to the public at<br>large (e.g. /cket prices, transport, access for the<br>disabled). Anyone aged 25 or less is en/tled to<br>free /ckets thanks to a scheme sponsored by<br>The Cava/na Trust.<br>Our venue has excellent acous/cs and sight-<br>lines, par/cularly suited to chamber music<br>presented in an informal and inclusive way. Our<br>ar/s/c director selects young award-winning<br>stars from a group she coaches and mentors.<br>The residency during the fes/val offers them<br>important professional development<br>opportuni/es, including the opportunity to<br>perform with eminent colleagues. Since its<br>incep/on in May 2012 the fes/val has gained a<br>reputa/on for excellence and audience<br>numbers con/nue to increase.<br>Outreach ac/vi/es include workshops for<br>schoolchildren and students with physical and<br>learning disabili/es, and masterclasses with<br>fes/val musicians for talented teenage soloists.|
