2. During the reporting period '.
The followin8 I￿￿teeS were in PKlSt: Clive Bowrin8, Richard Durnford, Jane Bowes
Vivienne Hodges. Bas Payne, Hu8h Amold.
and Camilla Rooney. We sad to rew)rt the death of Clive BowTing in January
2023.
The trust continues lo encourn8e participation from fillther trUS￿S in the local
ommunity and also from the BowTing family.
3. The trustees met infonnally during the rewlrting period and business was
maintained throughoul the reporting period via continuo￿8 email contacl.
4. The first aim of the trust is to negotiate the trdnsfer of the Bo￿TIng l.ibrary building
from Dcvon County Council (DCC) to the loc￿ community so that repairs w be
undertaken and the lon8 term future of the building secured.
5. The T￿￿ has appoinied a solicitor to ad for the Trust and is in continuing
negotiation with DCC for the transfer of the building.
