During the seventh year of the CIO from September 2023 to August 2024 there were four forn￿1 meetings of the trustees. Existing trnstees were re-apFKJinted when their tern￿ of tenure ran and on¢ new trnst¢¢ w&8 appointed. Nine volunteers contributed cl,O(Kl hows of WO￿ lo GRH CIO activities. The majority of these hours was ewnded on the tesearch, writing and ediiitig of a Ixjok entitled "150 Years of Glowester Rugby" which w&$ published towards the end of 2023, and for which costs ￿re defizyed by" sponsoTship from the Gloucester Rugby Foundalion The Ix)ok encompassed the Glou¢ester-Hartpury women'5 tea￿ and their matches are now included in our record keeping. Complimentary copies of this IxM)k were donated to evcry public library in Gloucestershire. Publication of the EMx¥k saw a dtop in dematd for our preNTroLLS trfy)ks our DVD. lllteThtiews were givcn to Radio Glouce5tershir¢. We received firther collections of memor8bili4 which included the minutes of Club committee meetiDgs, 199&20(K>, which were summari7£d for our website: And many match progrdmmes, of which originals were scanned and loaded onto our websile. All this matrrial was de￿sited in the Gloucester Rugby archive at the Gloucestethre Herttsgc Hub. D￿lIcate programll￿ were given to the Gloucester Rugby Foundation for ￿se in their community projects. The GRH website contin￿￿ to expand aThl now cont&ns 3.023 progra￿. 2.650 match rewrts and 65 player profiles. Our website now contsins approximately 10,6(K> ilems; some 15.0(M) visits were made to th¢ websitc dwiug this [C￿rting year. and multiple visitor ¢omments and queries were followed up. The skills of volunteers have ¢ontinu¢dio be enhanced in digital systems image restordtion and presenlation of tnatcriai on the website.

GRH took part in a Foundaiion event celebrating the 150th amiiversary of the Club and as part of the Gloucester History Fe5tivaL. The Foundation uses GRH re50uTces on social media and in carrying out their community, welfare and s¢hool acttvities.
