**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT, PARTICULARLY THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROMOTING THE CREATION OF MARINE PROTECTED AREAS, PROMOTING THE WELLBEING AND CONSERVATION OF MARINE ECOSYSTEMS AND THE SPECIES DEPENDENT ON THOSE ENVIRONMENTS; AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT AND THE IMPORTANCE OF ITS CONSERVATION.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, MARINE PROTECTED AREA SHALL MEAN A GEOGRAPHICALLY DEFINED AREA THAT IS REGULATED AND MANAGED TO ACHIEVE SPECIFIC CONSERVATION OBJECTIVES.

**Activities:** Lewis Pugh Foundation (LPF) promotes, for the benefit of the public, the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and ecological environment, particularly the marine environment.
