## Trustee’s Report 

1. The trustees “met” by email in August. 

2. Because the Chairman had been unwell since 26/12/2020 there was little to discuss as matters to be agreed had been discussed by telephone throughout lockdown. 

3. The “rent holiday” referred to in the last Report was continued until 05/04/2021. . 

4. Money owed from 06/04/2021 was waived subject to formal ratification at the next meeting. 

5. Lympstone Pre-School was continuing to thrive but was sufering from a lack of funds due to attendance during Covid. 

6. No money had been transferred into or out of the bank account in the year. 

7. The Chairman advised the trustees of his requirement to stand down but agreed to stay on until the end of the year so the trustees could consider his replacement.
