The lease also<br>preserves the park for future generations<br>and gives much greater freedom to<br>undertake improvement works and stage<br>community events. The CIO has at its<br>disposal approximately 17 acres of<br>recreation ground, a small children’s<br>playground, Skate park, 3 full size sports<br>pitches, 1, 5-a side football pitch, secure<br>maintenance yard, large storage facilities, a<br>grounds maintenance depot facility with<br>power, storage and water.<br>Bradley Park greatly assists in the provision<br>of facilities for recreation and other leisure<br>time occupation in the interests of social<br>welfare and community benefit.<br>The continued rental of a storage container<br>to a local gardener has supported his<br>business and the continued letting of the<br>‘depot’ to a local individual to deliver<br>personal fitness sessions and support brings<br>individual and wider community benefits.<br>The extensive external parkland and play<br>facilities have been extremely well used<br>particularly as a place for local residents for<br>safe exercise and recreation.|
