The centre has operated<br>essentially as a “village hall” with its various<br>facilities for rent.<br>Throughout the reporting period a local gardener<br>has rented a storage container on Bradley Park to<br>support his business and a local individual leased<br>the ‘depot’ (former storage space) and is now<br>delivering personal fitness sessions and training<br>to local people (Covid lockdowns permitting).<br>Since the end of March 2020, the building and<br>most recreational facilities have been closed<br>during this reporting period having a devastating<br>impact on income. ## **Achievements and Performance**

SORP<br>referenc<br>e<br>Maintaining a long lease of Bradley Park has<br>enabled the CIO to provide facilities for recreation<br>and other leisure time occupation to the local<br>Summary of the main  community.  The lease also preserves the park for<br>Para<br>achievements of the  1.20 future generations and gives much greater<br>charity, identifying the  freedom to undertake improvement works and<br>difference the charity’s  stage community events. The CIO has at its<br>work has made to the  disposal approximately 17 acres of recreation<br>circumstances of its  ground, a small children’s playground, Skate park,<br>beneficiaries and any  3 full size sports pitches, 1, 5-a side football pitch,<br>wider benefits to society  secure maintenance yard, large storage facilities,<br>as a whole. a grounds maintenance depot facility with power,<br>storage and water.<br>The opening of Bradley Park community centre<br>greatly assists in the provision of facilities for<br>recreation and other leisure time occupation in<br>the interests of social welfare as the CIO provides<br>indoor year-round facilities as well as the outdoor<br>provision.  The relatively new community centre<br>brings a large community hall and kitchen, an<br>indoor meeting room plus changing facilities and<br>toilets.<br>Since opening the community organisations<br>regularly use the building and site. The building is<br>also the home for Bradley TRA and has capacity to<br>host many more similar community groups in the<br>future.<br>Rental of facilities to local residents for social and<br>leisure together with providing facilities for new<br>and existing community groups is vital for the<br>financial viability of the CIO. storage container to a local gardener has supported his business and the letting of the ‘depot’ to a local resident to deliver personal fitness sessions and support brings individual and wider community benefits. 

The extensive external parkland and play facilities have been extremely well used particularly during covid lockdowns as a place for local residents for safe exercise and recreation.
