**Objects:** 1) TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, MORAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ENGLAND AND WALES REGARDLESS OF THEIR ETHNIC GROUPING, POLITICAL PERSUASION, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR RELIGIOUS BELIEF, AND TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND GROW IN MATURITY AS WELL-ROUNDED INDVIDUALS AND RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.  2) TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY FOR PERSONS IN ENGLAND AND WALES WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOOD STUFFS, AND FACILITIES FOR GROWING FOOD FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
