**Objects:** to relieve the suffering and emotional distress amongst bereaved parents and families resident in England and Wales and Scotland who have experienced the loss of a child, in particular but not exclusively by:(i) the provision of memory boxes and keepsakes.(ii) providing practical advice and information.

**Activities:** The charity supports bereaved families mostly by supplying Memory boxes but also treating bereaved siblings (under 25yrs) to days out and treats.The charity also aims to run a bereavement coffee morning in 2019
