Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:a)the Relief Of Financial Hardship, Either Generally Or Individually, Of Employees Of Latham & Watkins Llp And Latham & Watkins (London) Llp Including All Affiliated Organisations (Hereinafter “L&w”) And Any Connected Persons To Such Employees (Including Spouse, Partner, Children And Other Dependents) And Any Other Persons Connected To Or Affiliated With L&w (“L&w Affiliated Persons”) By Making Grants Of Money For Providing Or Paying For Items, Services Or Facilities In Times Of Hardship, Personal Crisis, Emergency Or In Connection With Disaster Relief Efforts;b)the Relief Of Financial Need And Suffering Among Victims Of Natural Or Other Kinds Of Disaster In The Form Of Money (Or Other Means Deemed Suitable) For Persons, Bodies, Organisations And/or Countries Affected; Andc)the Relief And Assistance Of People In Any Part Of The World Who Are The Victims Of War Or Natural Disaster, Trouble, Or Catastrophe (“Disaster Relief”)
