It was a successful year of fundraising. Our charity performed well this Summary of the main achievements of the charity past year, raising funds for Sheringdale Primary School and its pupils. during the year Christmas fundraising activities raised £15,696. This included the sale of Christmas trees, a Christmas Raffle, Online Christmas Auction, Christmas Market, Santa’s Grotto and Games plus other Christmas stalls. The sale of PE t-shirts raised £2,158 Class Cake Sales raised £2,396 The Summer Raffle and Fair raised £11,662 The school disco raised £2,599
Further funds of £3,632 were generated from several initiatives, including Bags 2 School collection £154, Fancy dress sales £475 and a Gardening event and grant £340.
Donations from other sources such as Easy Fundraising and Amazon Smile contributed £1,164.
Section E Financial review The charity’s policy on reserves is to maintain a minimum of £5,000 for Brief statement of the the purpose of being able to fund all forthcoming expenses and floats for charity’s policy on reserves our fundraising events and any donation commitments to the school, however given the flow over from Covid balances remain strong.
