|1.Covid-1 9Pandemic: the national<br>lockdowns<br>and||

|ongoing response since the end ofthe reporting<br>period on||
|31.01.21 has resulted<br>in the partial closure ofCombe||
|Community<br>Hub to its regular and community<br>hirers.||
|Additional<br>work has been undertaken<br>to enable the||
|community<br>building<br>to be re-opened<br>in accordance with||
|Covid-19 government<br>guidelines,<br>to support social||
|distancing<br>and to protect against the virus transmission.||
|2.Combe Community<br>Hub embarked<br>upon Phase 2 ofits||
|improvement<br>plan forthe building<br>in 2020/21 to extend||
|and upgrade<br>the facilities to enable wider community<br>use||
|throughout<br>the week. A small proportion<br>of remaining||
|work from Phase 2 and some further improvements<br>are||
|being carried out in FY2021/22.||
|1.A further discretionary<br>business<br>grant totalling f13,042||
|was awarded to Combe Community<br>Hub by West||
|Oxfordshire<br>District Council (WODC) during<br>February to||
|June 2021 to help cover continuing<br>losses and the restart||
|resulting<br>from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.||
|2.The completion<br>ofthe Phase 2 building<br>work and||
|further improvements<br>to windows,<br>flooring and guttering|in|
|FY2021/22 project is expected to cost up tof12,000||
|including<br>V.A.T. Further grants have been applied for and||
|awarded to Combe Community<br>Hub in 2021/22 to help||
|fund this work.||
