2. Structure, Governance and Management
ACAPE TRUST is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for the strategic direction, oversight, and governance of the charity. Trustees are appointed in accordance with the charity’s governing document.
The trustees meet periodically to review the charity’s activities, monitor progress, and ensure that the organisation operates in line with its charitable objectives and legal obligations.
All trustees serve on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration or financial benefit for their services.
3. Objectives and Activities
The objective of ACAPE TRUST is to support vulnerable communities through education and training, social initiatives, and community development programmes.

However, due to a lack of funding, the charity’s activities during this period were limited primarily to raising awareness of its objectives and future programmes.
5. Financial Review
During the financial year ending 6 February 2026, ACAPE TRUST did not receive any donations, grants, or other sources of income.
As a result, no programme expenditure or administrative costs were incurred during the reporting period.
The trustees confirm that the charity had no financial transactions during the reporting period.
The trustees continue to explore opportunities for funding to enable the charity to implement its planned activities in the future.
6. Future Plans
In the coming year, ACAPE TRUST intends to focus on fundraising initiatives, including exploring potential support from local councils and other partners.
The charity will continue working with other organisations to support vulnerable individuals and promote initiatives that contribute to social wellbeing, education, and community development.

8. Trustees’ Declaration of Compliance
The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under Section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales when reviewing the charity’s aims and objectives and in planning its future activities.
