The Society organised networking events encouraging<br>individuals from various backgrounds to feel comfortable at the Bar. As a result of<br>these initiatives and the other achievements listed below, the Society won the<br>LawCareers.Net "Best Society for Aspiring Barristers" and "Most Committed to<br>Diversity" at the STudent Law Society Awards.<br>The Society entered into various sponsorship agreements with barristers' chambers,<br>Inns, and orther organisations in London to support the provision of vocational training<br>and to provide for networking opportunities with members of the legal profession.<br>The Society organised various online events, workshops, and networking sessions to<br>adapt our programme in light of the Covid-19 pandemic that allowed for students to<br>connect with legal professionals from various practice areas and learn more about<br>different paths to the Bar.<br>The Society organised various mooting competitions which allowed for students to<br>practice their oral advocacy skills in the legal context and network with various legal<br>professionals and academics.|
