We noiv have two neNV coaches, six activit! leaders. one volunteer going through the simulator coach training. Thi's is all great news for the future of the group. We also have a new Trustee who is managing safeguardm8 along with all our wlicies and procedures. Advertisement for Chair did not come lo frw'tion and Diana Poyser kindly agreed to stsnd &8 our ChaiT. We held an open morning for pcople to come along, meet us and see that we do. We a]so have a defibrillator installed and a traming day for lolunteers w'&s arranged. Our Wedne5dav children hai'e all got their endeavor awards and all achieved up to grade 2 in ridtn8 and care of ponias. Three cEll'ldren hav¢ passed grade 3 le5ts. Tw¢lv¢ of our Tuesday riders haiie all received thr grade 2 also. Tivo adult riders had the opportunity to take part in an infornial in-house dressage competition, both la(b'es donned their competition gear, lookn'ng very smart. 'fheir tests ivere vidcoed. Then their actual t&8ts Miere Judged from an outside source. Their videos were also entered into "Drsag¢ Anywhere,. Both nders reGciv¢d excellent 700/0 scores.
