THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS WITHIN FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS BY THE PROVISION OF A RESOURCE AND ADVICE CENTRE AND BY THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GOOD PARENTING SKILLS;II. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The centre provides an open access drop in service for families and young children and offers a range of activities such as messy play, arts and crafts, outings and visits to local places of interest and a Healthy lunch club. We also offer parenting courses, and invite external agencies such as Health Visitor, Speech and Language Therapist and Road Safety Unit to talk to parents.
