**PRESENT:** TRUSTEES ALDO GARBAGNATI, NINO LORENZINI AND SIMONE GARBAGNATI

As an opening remark, it is noted that the charity has been inactive for the period under scrutiny and did not have a bank account. 

During the period, the Charity only incurred in small expenses paid by Aldo Garbagnati as form of funding for the charity. 

The Charity intends to launch its activities into full scale operations soon. 

Aldo Garbagnati is elected as Chairman.
