The Charity is an unincorporated association with an annual turnover of over £25,000 Trustee selection method: Annual election by members Additional information: The Trustees form an arranging committee responsible for the activities of the ecclesia. They are chosen from members familiar with the objectives and activities of the ecclesia. The ecclesia is part of a worldwide community of Christadelphian Ecclesias. SECTION C: Objectives and Artivities The objects of the Charity:

To advance Bible-based Christian faith to the glory of God and the honour of Jesus Christ in accordance with the Christadelphian Birmingham Amended Ststement of Faith, for the benefit of the Christadelphian community and members of the public, particularly in and around Lapworth, Warwickshire. Ways of carrying out these objectives. Holding meetings, open to the public, for worship, prayer, breaking of bread by Christadelphians and Bible teaching; Preaching to the public through personal engagement and/or by invitations to preaching/teaching meetings and/or by other means: Engaging with the local public through the provision of Sunday School and/or youth club(sl and/or other occasional activities. Engaging with the wider Christadelphian community and wider public through periodic collections for charitable needs. including collections for disaster relief. and Serving, to the extent feasible, the pastoral and other welfare needs of Ecclesial members and others. With the exception of meetings of the members of the Charity, known as Ecclesial Members Meetings, all our activities are open to all. No fees are charged. No-one receives private benefits from the Charity other than as a legitimate beneficiary. There is no public detriment in any of our activities. SECTION D: Achievements and Performance The ecclesia ended the year with a membership of 110 adult members. The average attendance of members at services and other activities remained steady. Summary of activities: Our regular meetings include two meeting5 each Sunday. the first for members to Share bread and wine, and the second for the proclamation of the Gospel. A meeting is held each Tuesday evening for the study of the Bible. Other proclamation meetings are held from time to time. There are regular activities for fellowship and recreation. There is a network of practical support for elderly members, the sick and those with particular needs. There are regular activities for young people providing religious teaching, social and networking activities. SECTION E: Financial Review The cash movement5 and balances are surnmarised in the receipts and payments accounts, and Balance Sheet below. Whilst the ecclesia does not have a reserves policy, at its business meeting of 15th July 2025 the membership adopted a paper which considered the surplus held in the ecclesial deposit

account and considered options for setting an appropriate deposit account reserve. This was approved by the membership . All funds are held in instant access bank accounts. The balance in these funds at the end of the year was considered sufficient to meet the ongoing expenses of the ecclesia. Most contributions from members are made through regular stsnding order payments with tax payers encouraged to use Gift Aid provision. Independent examiner'5 report to the trustees of Lapworth Chrlstadelphian Ecdesla I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2025 which are *t out on page 3 of the annual report. Respertlve responsibilities of trustees and examiner The charlty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charitys trustees consider that an audit 15 not required for this year under section 14412) of the Charities Act 2011 {the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under sertion 145 of the 2011 Att to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the commission under section 145(5)Ib) of the 2011 Act .to stste whether particular matters have come to my attention Basis of independent exarniner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes 3 review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion 15 given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the next statement.
