SEcfioN C: Objectives and Artivitles The objects of the Charity: To advance Bible-based Christian faith tothe glory of God and the honour of Jesus Christ in accordance with the Christadelphian Bimiingham Amended Statement of Faith, for the benefit of the Christadelphian community and members of the public, particularly in and around Lapworth.

Ways of carrying out these objectives: Holding meetings. open to the public, for worship, prayer, breaking of bread by Christadelphians and Bible teaching; Preaching to the public through personal engagement andlor by invitations to preachingjteaching meetings andlor by other means: Engaging with the local public through the provision of Sunday School and/or youth club{sl andlor other occasional activities; Engaging with the wider Christadelphian community and wider publicthrough periodic collections for charitable needs. including collections for disaster relief; and Serving, to the extent feasible. the pastoral and other welfare needs of Ecclesial members and others. With the exception of meetings of the members of the Charity, known as Ecclesial Members Meetings, all our activities are open to all. No fees are charged. No-one receives private benefits from the Charity other than as a legitimate beneficiary. There is no public detrirnent in any of our activities. SECTION D.. Achievements and PerfcThance The ecclesia ended the yearwith a membership of 125 adult members. The average attendance of members at Se￿IceS and other activities remained steady. Summary of activities: Our regular meetings include two meetings each Sunday, the first forsharing bread and wine. and the second for the proclamatlon of the Gospel. A meeting is held each Tuesday evening for the study of the Bibles. Other proclamation meetings are held from time to time. There are regular activities for fellowship and recreation. There is a network of practical support for elderly members, the sick and those with particular needs. There are regular activities for young people providing religious teachin& social and networking activities. SEcfioN E: Finanaal Revlew The cash movements and balances are summarised in the receipts and payments accounts. and Balance Sheet below. The ecclesia does not have a reserrfes policy. All funds are held in instant access bank accounts. The balance in these funds at the end of the year was considered sufficientto meet the ongoing expenses of the ecclesia. Most contributions from members are made through regular standing order payments with tax payers encouraged to use Gift Aid provision. Funds donated specifically for external charrties are for¥varded to the relevant organisations within three months of the donation.

Independent examiner's report to the trustees of Lapworth Christadelphian Ecclesia I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2022 which are set out on page 3 of the annual report. Respective responsibilities of trnstees and examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity'5 trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under sedion 145 of the 2011 A to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the commission under section 14515iibl of the 2011 Art to state whether particular matters have come to my attention Basis of independent examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those ￿cordS. It 31s0 include5 consideration of any unusual items or di5cIosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a'true and fair view. and the report is limrted to those matters set out in the next ststement.
