cHAR￿y NO: 1168530
Trustees Report for the Year to 31st Juty 2025
The Trustees who have served the whole of this year and have served since the formation of the
Charity have agreed to continue in their appointments. They have been supportive constantly and
are as follows:
Lynda Bridges {Founding Trustee)
Jason Bridges
Olwen Watts
Steven Manston
Colin Jaggers
After many year5 of hand to mouth management the Charity has continued to be financially stable,
due not only to long hard work by staff and the Trustees but most fortunately due to continuing
major legacies received by the Trust from the same Estste as last year
This has placed the Trust where it has been ableto continue to update its maintenance and
improvement plan for Libertys Raptor and Reptiler Centre.
Objertfves:
The objectives of the Trust remain constant, education and conservation by exhibiting birds of prey
and reptiles to the public in an ethical and responsible manner. The stsff are knowledgeable and can
talk freely and professionally about breeding in captivity and the protection of reptiles in the ever
increasingly shrinking habitats available and in detail on many rare species.

Financial Results
The excess of income over expenditure was £71,759 compared with £85,814 for 2024,
this was mainly due to continued legacies from the same Sour￿ as last year in the sum of

£43,951 last year. It was also considered wise to write ofF original lease costs of £25,682
The main financing loan from Uoyd5 Bank has been repaid as has the Bounce Back Loan
as follows:
2024
2025
Long Term Loan
Bounce Back Loan
