Thls has placed the Trust where ft has been able to update Its malntenance and Improvement plan for Ubertys Raptor and Reptiler Centre. Objertlves.. The objectives of theTrust continue to be educatlon and conservation by exhibitlng blrds of prey and reptiles to the public In an ethical and responslble manner. The staff are knowledgeable and can talk freely and professionally about breedln8 In captlvity and the PTOtertlon of reptlle5 In the ever increaslngly shrinkln8 habitats available and In detall on many rare 5pecle5.

The Trustees have been athilsed there are several further le8acles to come from the same estate. Thls has allowed a major Increase In malntenance. £43,951 this year compared wlth £25,518 last year. The main finan¢in8 loan from Uoyds Bank has been much reduced as has the Bounce Back Loan as follows: 2024 2023 Long Term Loan Bounce Back Loan 37,912 14,166 24,145 9,165 Both wlll be repald from the legacy.
