Activities
The charity's main activities are the provision of a range of social and competitive bridge events for players from beginners to experts. The club's English Bridge Union trained teachers provide courses for beginners and improvers throughout the year and the club has teams competing in regional bridge leagues.
Objects: 1.the Advancement Of Amateur Sport By Promoting The Game Of Bridge For The Benefit Of The Residents Of Brighouse And The Surrounding Area; 2.the Provision Of Facilities For The Learning, Teaching And Playing Of Bridge For The Benefit Of The Residents Of Brighouse And The Surrounding Area With The Object Of Improving Conditions Of Life.3.to Further Such Charitable Purpose Or Purposes As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Shall Think Fit But In Particular Through The Making Of Grants And Donations.
