5. Do we have final bank statements for 31 october for all bank accounts? Could you send me copies please? Please find attached a pdf with transactions from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025 and statement with 31 October for both current acc and SB acc. I don't have the COIF/CCLA one yet.
6. Could you also send me copies of invoices for:
- a) Keela 17 June 2025 £5761.45
- b) Gorge Outdoors 10 Feb 2025 £2577.52
- c) Aqualeisure 3 Feb 2025 £3198.72 Please find attached.
7 Is interest on the COIF ac included in the R&P? Can't see it This is being progressed via CCLA forms from my understanding (let me know if there's other things I can be doing in this line).
8. I see that the Xero P&L makes a distinction between PPE and team clothing. The numbers in each account suggest that a lot of the latter costs have ended up under the former heading. Not really an issue for the CC but something I suggest you look at. I've made a note to look at this in the near future.
9. The Xero 'refunded spend' ac, which looks like a sort of control account, has an opening credit balance of £1455.85 on it, which has clearly not been addressed during the year. The closing balance of £301.13 also includes
- under-recovery of water w/end costs of £40,
- under-recovery of 50th anniversary costs of £1716.98 although I accept that the dust may not have settled on that one.
But the opening balance looks odd. It suggests that the Team has received £1400 or so of income that has not been paid. Probably it _has_ been paid out but the expense has been coded elsewhere. but this is something you will probably want to address. @Oliver Wale can we discuss this point as it would be useful to know what is included here and how we can address it.
10. I realise of course that trying to tie up traditional accruals accounts to CC R&P accounts is a bit of a nightmare, particularly when you are trying to do this across several years but I do think you need to make the effort otherwise internal reporting will drift further and further away from publicly available data.
