For the COIF fund, I actually do not have direct access to this account, as it was set up by our chairman, but I can see the account balance on Xero (screenshot attached). If you would prefer an actual bank statement, please let me know and I will arrange one.

Thank you so much for agreeing to check our accounts. We have not been through an external checking process since my time as Treasurer with the team (the last 2.5 years), so please let me know if there is a process you would like to follow.

As a starting point, I have attached our proposed accounts to this email. The "R&P Accounts" tab is the page that we would submit to the Charity Commission and the "Xero bank" tab are my workings. I have also attached a copy of our Barclays transactions for reference.

checked the Charity Commission requirements (see attached) which seems to permit members of the charity to carry out the check, provided they are/were not trustees at the time.
