Achlevements and Perfornianc• 2023 has again bgen a period of change for the station with Samu81 Magg3 SteppirKJ down as Co-chair in Novern￿r and Olivor Lewis becoming the Chair of Ihe Trustees, Oliver has agreed to be chair In tha short temi whilst we find a replacement CfAir. The board of Trust¢as have b88n working towards Ihe possibility ￿ moving to DAB and discussing on a six-week basis the Changes needed to mov8 to DAB. The station has been in talks with 'Soundvision' with whom we hope to go into partngrship with. 8long wilh other Ioc81 staiions to serv8 the Balh community and reaching a widor audience. During the year we launthed under the new working name of 'Bath sound, to prevani confusion with other local ststions and moved to a brand new song database gffted to us, with a colledion of over 16,000 new songs. This year saw many new presentersjoin, notably Ollie Chapman who presents on Salurday afternoons, Genevieve Tomes who presents a Tuesday evening show, Luke Bailey presenting a specialised music show on Thursday evenings and 811881 Rashid who presents 8 0￿ce show I￿ Friday nights. We continue to broadcast weekly 'Sunday Service. broadcasts to the patients in the RUH wlthin the Chaplaincy which the RUH Chaplains compose for us to air. We continue 10 broadcast a weekly LGBTQ+ podcast by Shout Oul Radio a Bristol based show and once again we broadcasted live coverage of Bristol Pride 2023 Includlng inteNiews with Jake Shears and Natalia Imbruglia. Vts als¢ continue to upload $how8 to 'Mixcloud', gNing listenors th8 Opportunity to 'listen again, and to catch up on 'replays' of our shows and to listen to guest interviews and f8ature& Th& station continues to r8gularSy broad¢ast the vast majority of all Bath Rugby home games by or dedicaled Sports Team including exclusive coverage of some of the Bath Ladies Rugby games and have continued to dovelop a strorvJ relationship with Bath Rugby where we are privilegad to have the opportunily to interview key people wilhin Bath Rugby. Vwe have been seeking ways to work closer with Ihe RUH with trusteg. John Leyden working closely with staff at the RUH and attending regular volunteor events. Our Soci81 media audience has continued to grow considerably, most notably a strong presence on Instagram gaining many followers and imkxoving our reach online.
