2. FINANCES:
The meeting was called for the review and approval of the finances for the fiscal year
2023 of the Frlends of Brlxwonh Church.
The financial report for the year 2023 was presented by lan Smorfitt, TreaSu￿r
detailing income, expenditures and overall financial health.
After a comprehensive review. il was unanimously agreed upon that the finances for
2023 were in order and accurately reflected the activities of the Friends of Brixworth
Church.
Resolutlon: Hannah Brunton proposed to approve the finances. which was seconded by
Kale Knight. Following this. a vote was conducl8d, and all members presenl were In
favour of approving the finances.
Actlon: lan Smorfitt lo file the financial statements and minutes wilh the Charity
Commission.
