**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER PERSONS, PARTICULARLY IN NIGERIA AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY: (A) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY; (B) CONDUCTING OR COMMISSIONING RESEARCH ON EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY ISSUES AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS TO THE PUBLIC; (C) CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY; AND (D) THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF SEXUAL ORIENTATION.

**Activities:** We are building a wealth of knowledge through research, education, training and community engagement as a means of reducing homophobia in Nigeria. Our activities in Nigeria include;1- Business engagement 2- Work place diversity and training with focus on LGBT rights3- Media and Justice Fellowship program4- Research into impact of homophobia5- Campaign and Advocacy
