**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROVISION OF A SAFE ROUTE OR PATH AND FACILITIES FOR WALKING AND CYCLING AT CARLISLE WAVERLEY VIADUCT AND TO UNDERTAKE AND CARRY ON PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF A CHARITABLE NATURE WHICH WILL ASSIST IN PROMOTING RECREATION, PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE VIADUCT.

**Activities:** To promote and encourage for the public benefit the development and provision of a safe route or path and facilities for walking and cycling at Carlisle Waverley Viaduct and to undertake and carry on projects and activities of a charitable nature which will assist in promoting recreation, protecting the environment and educating the public about the history and heritage of the viaduct
