Responsibilities and b8si¥ of report As thc charity trustccs of Kettering Cllristadclphian Ecclesia you are responsible for the prcparation of th accounts in accordance with the requirements of thL Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.). I r¢port in iespectof my examination ofthe Kcttering Christadelphian Ecclcsia's account5 Ca￿l¢d out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my ¢xamination I hav¢ followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Comtnission under section 145(5)(b) of the ACL IndependeDt examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I Conf￿ that no mat¢Lial matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me caus¢ to believe that in any mat¢rial respect: accounting records were not kept in respect of Kettering Christadelphian Ecclesia as required by section 130 of the Act. or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records. or 3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements conc¢rning the forni and content of accounts set out in the Charitics (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair view, which is not a n]atter considered as part of an independent examination. I have no concerns and have come across no other Tnatters in conllection with the examination to which attention should bc drawn in this rcport in order to ¢nable a propL'r understanding of the accounts to be reachcd.
