civilian life after service utilising peer support and well-being projects. We are here to support the need of individuals and family members living in Warrington and Cheshire who are currently serving or who have served in the Armed Forces.

Section D Achievements and performance Summary er ree naNn . We have assisted 18 veterans who were designated as homeless into achievements of the charity aa - : ‘ : : during the Vea supported living accommodation during this reporting year. This has g y been through the continued support of outside agencies who support veterans e.g. “Under One Roof’. Approximately 265 Veterans, dependants and families have accessed our activities through this reporting period covering a wide range of activities. 278 referrals have been recorded through our services following Needs Assessments which has provided guidance and support/assistance to veterans, dependants and families. Our Bicycle Recycle project working in conjunction with Cheshire Police and West Cheshire Freemasons charity has now for a third year been proven a success for the community we support. Supporting 31 veterans with free bicycles during this period which has and will always be our priority. However, we have identified a need within the local civilian community who we support daily have managed to supply repaired bicycles to our local community who had been referred from local community agencies for assistance. Due to the success, we now have a converted Minibus which is now set up as a mobile bicycle workshop, allowing us to reach more isolated areas within Cheshire. We have received continued commissioning from Greater Manchester Mental Health for our wrap around support — (NHS Veterans in Mind). We have received continued commissioning from Cheshire West and Chester Council to provide support to veterans and dependants within , the CWaC area. This has included an additional location within CWaC’s area for us to support. Our 17 Seater minibus has been used throughout this reporting period to great extent to provide support and assistance to veterans who engage with us. Throughout this reporting year the minibus has provided the following assistance: Delivering Food Parcels. Moving Military Veterans personal belongings in and out of storage House Removals Trips and visits
