The trustees have continued funding feeding programmes for under- nourished children attending the Don Calixto Sr. Yongco Elementary School and the San Remigio Central School. Section D Achievements and performance The feeding programme in both schools - the San Remegio Central School and the Don Calixto Sr Yongco Elementary School - benefitted more than 300 children during the year. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year Section E Financial review Brief statement of the charity's policy on reserves The Foundation does not at present have a Reserves Policy. The funding of the feeding programme is not committed to by the trustees unless they are sure that sufficient funds are already held. For that reason, Reserves Policy is considered to be unnecessary at this time. This was £555.43 more than the funds held at the start of the year. During the year, £5,442.83 was spent on the feeding programme and the food essentials. This compared to £8,374.00 spent in the previous year The Foundation's main source of income are the surpluses from organised fundraising and sponsorship events and donations. During the year, after costs: organised fundraising events raised £3.275.44', sponsorship events organised raised £1,145.00; and donations received, including Gift Aid, were £1,590.91.
