**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TOGETHER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH OF WHITCHURCH IN THE DIOCESE OF OXFORD (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE PARISH') BY:1. ASSISTING IN THE MAINTENANCE, PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CHURCHES OF ST JOHN'S WHITCHURCH HILL AND ST MARY'S WHITCHURCH AND THEIR CHURCHYARDS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE 'PARISH CHURCHES') FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.

**Activities:** Supporting projects to preserve our two historic church buildings and promote their use by the wider community. Arranging educational/historical talks about our parish and its church buildings. Organising working parties to clean, tidy and maintain the churches and their churchyards.Fund-raising includes a bi-monthly Art Cafe, occasional concerts and other social events.
